For many people of all sizes and sorts ……and locations ……it is about developing flexibility and discipline to improve the body and mind. The practice helps to feel and move with strength, grace, through improved muscle tone, circulation, respiration and mental focus.
Every day people gather at a quiet place like yoga studios or other communal spaces and perform yoga together. yet it seems like the image you get is of lone human in a beautiful pose in some stark, beautiful landscape.
